Former hotels and national pub group senior executives, Chris Connolly and John Holland head up Connolly Holland, a consultancy aimed at providing help and support to the hotel and leisure industry.

Chris Connolly is an award winning food and drinks specialist with many years experience at executive level in various multi-site leisure and retail environments and has held senior positions at Grand Met, De Vere Hotels,
The Greenalls Group and Boddingtons.

John Holland has held a number of senior positions at Whitbread and Grand Met covering operations, audit and commercial management. He was responsible for the food and drink supply chain for both the Beefeater and Brewers Fayre restaurant chains.
